By accessing HesApp services, the restaurant operator or authorized user agrees to these terms and to the privacy documentation referenced on the website.
2. Service
HesApp provides cloud software for digital menus, ordering, payments, tips, and customer feedback workflows. Features depend on the selected plan and onboarding configuration.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate menu and tax data, staff access management, and lawful processing of guest data. Misuse of the platform or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Fees
Commercial terms (commission or subscription) are communicated during signup or contract. See the pricing section on the marketing site for an overview; payment provider rules also apply.
