HesApp operates a marketing website for a QR payment and table-payment product for restaurants. We may use cookies and similar technologies so the site works securely, remembers preferences, and helps us improve. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device by a website. They can keep a session active, remember language choices, or help measure traffic. For this policy, we also treat similar technologies ( pixels, local storage, session storage ) in the same broad sense when they perform a comparable role.
What types of cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for core functionality, security checks, and preference controls. If you block them, some features may not work.
Performance and analytics cookies
Help us understand anonymous or pseudonymous statistics such as page views, navigation, and error rates so we can improve content and reliability. Use is based on consent where required and applicable law.
Functional / preference cookies
Remember choices such as language or form layout so that QR payment and restaurant flows feel consistent.
Third-party cookies
If we embed video, maps, or analytics from partners, their cookies may apply as well. In those cases, processors and transfer terms are described in the relevant provider documentation.
Consent banner
On marketing pages we show Accept / Decline controls. Your choice is stored in localStorage as cookie-consent. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, and client Sentry load only after Accept. QR table entry uses separate KVKK/consent checkboxes and keys documented in the Turkish policy.
How can you manage cookies?
You can delete, block, or manage cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers provide these controls under "Privacy" or "Cookies".
If we show a cookie banner, you can update your choices there (Accept or Decline). We do not currently offer a per-category preference centre; see the Turkish policy for the full inventory table.
