Suggested smaller footnote

You may withdraw consent for commercial communications at any time without giving reasons by notifying us at destek@hesappturkey.com , or via the Message Management System (IYS). Not giving this consent does not prevent you from using HesApp services.

Operational and compliance checklist

The following points are a practical checklist for product and operations teams and do not replace legal advice.

  • IYS registration (mandatory): Before sending commercial electronic messages in Türkiye, comply with Message Management System (iys.org.tr) registration and upload rules and timelines. Messaging without proper IYS alignment carries significant compliance risk.
  • Identity verification: For online forms, consider extra verification (e.g. one-time code to the email on file) so contact details match the data subject.
  • Response timelines: Personal data requests have statutory timelines; design processes accordingly.
  • Opt-out (ETK): Commercial SMS/email content should include a clear opt-out path (e.g. STOP instructions or an unsubscribe link), consistent with applicable Turkish electronic commerce rules.
